Submit six (6) digital photographs* featuring three full-length views (front/back/side) of each:
a. Power Presentation Look (What you wear to an important meeting)
b. Daily Professional Look (What you wear regularly to work)

*For best results when picture taking: If you wear dark colors, use a light background; if you wear light colors, use a dark background.

Once we receive your payment from PayPal, we will email you the questionnaire. When we receive the completed questionnaire and your photographs, we will schedule your 30-minute, private telephone conversation. IDMI’s professional consultants are available Monday – Saturday, 7 a.m. – 7 p.m., Pacific Daylight Time. IDMI has selected PayPal as our secure credit card service.
On the day of the appointment, call us at (415) 461-0620. (If you need to reschedule your appointment, we request a 48-hour notice, otherwise your will lose the time.)
Your dressing dilemmas are no more!
We use PAYPAL for our payment processing. It is not necessary to have an account to be able to pay. To simplify the process when you fill out the form, you can disregard the password login and on the first page just click "Continue" and you will be directed to enter your credit card information. Once you have paid, you will be redirected to the page where you can download the questionaire and begin the process. Make sure to click the link. Return to Image Development & Management Inc.
